SEGMENT 2: Introduction by Mary Flint, AEP Ohio Community Affairs Manager; comments by Chuck Jennings, AEP Ohio Customer Services and Marketing Supervisor; presentation by Greg Griffith, AEP Ohio Customer Services Representative concerning the restructuring of Ohio's electric market, the Ohio Electric Rate Stabilization Plan (RSP), its effect on new AEP electric energy rates, and rate comparison with other electric utilities in the state. SEGMENT 3: Presentation by Brent Gates, AEP Ohio Project Design Supervisor, regarding nearby AEP facilities and the Forest Park electrical distribution network; discussion of the Karl Road substation and the November explosion and fire that resulted in an extended outage in most of the Northland area.
